ABOUT ABOUT

The Preventing Sexual Violence in Higher Education Act recently passed in Illinois, detailing a number of expectations of higher education institutions in Illinois regarding various aspects of the sexual violence response on campus. Among the many provisions is a requirement that each institution identify one or more “Confidential Advisors” and that the identified Confidential Advisor receive 40 hours of specialized training, with the deadline for compliance being August 1, 2016.

We can help you ensure your confidential advisor(s) is appropriately trained, and that you meet the compliance deadline.
